We kindly inform you that, due to the well-being and respect for all guests staying at the Hotel - Hotel M Club will refuse to provide services to persons who do not comply with these regulations.

§ 1. Subject of the Regulations
  1. These regulations are house rules and as such define the rules applicable at the M Club hotel in Gudowo 78-500 - hereinafter referred to as the Hotel, and apply to all persons staying on the premises of the Hotel and belonging to the Hotel.
  2. The regulations are available on the hotel's website and for inspection at the Hotel Reception 24 hours a day.

§ 2. Hotel Day

  1. The hotel room is rented per hotel days. Within the stay package, the hotel room may be rented for several days, depending on the Hotel.
  2. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival to 11:00 AM the following day.
  3. The person renting the room, hereinafter referred to as the Guest, is obliged to define the length of stay at the hotel. If such indication is missing, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one hotel day.
  4. The Guest wishing to extend the stay in the room is obliged to report this at the Hotel reception by 8:00 AM on the day the room rental expires, which however does not obligate the Hotel.
  5. In the event of the Guest remaining or leaving belongings in the rented room after the end of the hotel day concluding the room rental period - the Hotel will charge the Guest a fee in accordance with the price list available at the Reception - which does not mean the extension of the Guest's stay in the room for another hotel day.
  6. If it is not possible to extend the Guest's room rental - immediately after the end of the hotel day, the Hotel staff will remove the Guest's belongings from the room. The storage of the Guest's belongings is governed by §7 point 3.

§ 3. Registration for stay at the Hotel

  1. The Hotel only accepts persons over twelve years old.
  2. The basis for registration for a stay at the Hotel is the following together:
    a) presenting an identity document to the Reception employee by the person renting the room, allowing verification of data and information with the document;
    b) legibly filling out and signing the Registration Card by the person renting the room.
  3. The person registering for a stay at the Hotel is obliged to provide the Reception with the number of persons who will stay in the rented room(s), including the number and age of minors.
  4. The Hotel collects payment for the rented room in advance, before the start of the stay. Under circumstances justified by the Hotel's interest, the Hotel may waive advance payment.
  5. To use the settlement called hotel credit granted by the Hotel for the duration of the stay, the Guest is obliged to make a deposit at the Reception: by pre-authorization of a payment card or cash - in an amount specified by the Hotel.
  6. The Hotel may require the person renting the room to provide a deposit - as security for possible claims of the Hotel against the renter.

§ 4. Refusal to rent a hotel room, acceptance for stay

  1. The Hotel will refuse to rent a room to a person:
    a) with an animal not accepted in the Hotel;
    b) accompanied by a minor under twelve years of age;
    c) under the influence of alcohol or narcotics;
    d) behaving contrary to social coexistence rules;
    e) showing verbal or physical aggression.
    As well as to a person who violated the House Rules during a previous stay.
  2. The Hotel may refuse to accept a person for stay who refuses:
    A. To fulfill the obligations specified in §3 points 2 and 3.
    B. To provide a security deposit at the Hotel Reception.
  3. The Hotel will refuse to accept a minor without written consent from legal guardians
    for independent stay at the Hotel, given on the Hotel's template statement or notarized.
  4. As a result of refusal of acceptance for stay - the Hotel will not register the person and will not issue a room key.
  5. In case of a prepaid stay, refusal to undergo the procedures described in §3 points 1 to 3 of the Regulations by the person renting the room constitutes the unilateral withdrawal of this person from the contract with the Hotel. The Hotel does not refund costs due to unilateral withdrawal from the contract.

§ 5. Stay at the Hotel

  1. BREAKFASTS
    A. Breakfast included in the price of accommodation is served in the Veranda Restaurant, either as a self-service buffet or served to the table by waiters - depending on the Hotel.
    B. Breakfast served to the room is additionally charged according to the price list available at the Reception.
  2. NIGHT QUIET AND RESTFULNESS
    A. Night quiet hours apply in all rooms of the Hotel building and on the premises belonging to the hotel from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
    B. During night quiet hours, guests and persons using the Hotel’s services are obliged to behave in a way that does not disturb the rest of other guests.
    C. Throughout the day, the behavior of guests and other persons present in the Hotel must not disturb the peace and rest of other guests. The Hotel may refuse to continue providing services to persons who violate this rule.
  3. PRESENCE OF OTHER PERSONS
    A. A guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the hotel day or stay they have paid for has not yet elapsed.
    B. Visitors. Persons not registered for a stay in the Hotel may be present as guests in hotel rooms from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
    C. Staying in the room after 10:00 PM by a person not registered for the stay means the guest expresses consent to pay for accommodating this person in the room with existing equipment - at a price constituting half the price of the room according to the price list available at the Reception.
  4. MINORS
    A. Minors may stay on the Hotel premises only under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Guardians are materially and legally responsible for damages caused by minors under their care.
    B. Minors who have reached the age of sixteen may stay at the Hotel independently only with written consent from their legal guardians.
    C. In daily practice, the Hotel applies Minor Protection Standards in accordance with the applicable regulations in this regard.
  5. HOTEL EQUIPMENT AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
    A. At the beginning of the stay, the guest is obliged to familiarize themselves with the room equipment and immediately report any shortages, damages, or malfunctions to the Reception, enabling the Hotel to respond.
    B. Damages, malfunctions, and shortages not reported at the start of the stay are considered to have been caused by the guest.
    C. Except for slight rearrangement of furniture and equipment not affecting their functionality and safety - it is prohibited to remove:
    a) furniture, equipment, and elements of the room’s furnishings from the hotel room;
    b) furniture, equipment, and furnishings from the Hotel building;
    and c) to change the places of furniture, equipment, and furnishings both in the room and in common areas and spaces.
    D. It is forbidden to bring into the room any furniture, equipment, or accessories that are not standard room fittings, especially: beds and travel cots, mattresses, playpens, strollers, bicycles, scooters, and equipment other than small sports, tourist, or recreational gear, etc.
    E. It is forbidden to leave any guest belongings in evacuation routes.
    F. The Hotel Reception can assist with storing guests’ belongings.
    G. In case of violation of the prohibitions under:
    - 5.C. The guest will be charged a fee covering the Hotel’s cost of restoring the original state, using justified means and efforts according to the Hotel;
    - 5.D. The guest will be charged a fee amounting to half the room price for each commenced hotel day during which the violation occurred.
    H. The guest must obtain prior approval from the Hotel Reception if they wish to change the furniture arrangement in the room to avoid the consequences described in point 5.G.
    I. The guest is fully materially and legally responsible for any damage to the Hotel’s equipment or devices caused by themselves or their visitors. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s payment card for damages after their departure.
    J. The guest must notify the Reception immediately upon noticing any damage.
    K. Before leaving the room, the guest is obliged to turn off the TV, switch off lights, close water taps, close windows, balcony doors, and the room door, and ensure they are locked.
    L. The Hotel is not responsible for damages or loss of guest belongings resulting from failure to follow the recommendations of point K.
  6. NON-SMOKING HOTEL
    A. All accommodation units: hotel rooms and their bathrooms, as well as all other rooms and spaces of the building, are designated for non-smokers. Smoking of tobacco products and vaping is prohibited everywhere, including windows.
    B. If room ventilation, extra laundering, or cleaning of equipment is necessary, the Hotel will charge the guest 700 PLN for these services.
    C. Smoking tobacco products and vaping are permitted on hotel room balconies and terraces, subject to §5 point 2.C.
  7. EXTRA CLEANING
    If, due to the guest’s action or omission, extra cleaning of the room, bathroom, or other space within the building or on the premises is required, the costs incurred: time, use of tools or special tools, as well as materials and cleaning agents, will be charged to the room renter, who is obliged to cover these costs before ending their stay and leaving the hotel.
  8. FIRE SAFETY
    A. For safety reasons: it is forbidden for guests to use open flames inside the building in any form, as well as electrical devices not part of the standard room equipment, except chargers and power supplies for mobile devices such as smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, laptops, consoles, e-book readers.
    B. Triggering the smoke detector in the room due to a guest (e.g. smoke, steam, etc.) results in a charge of 700 PLN for each incident. In case of evacuation of the building because of this and the arrival of the fire brigade, the guest bears legal consequences and the costs of the rescue operation.
  9. “DO NOT DISTURB” SIGN
    The "Please do not disturb" sign is polite in nature and does not bind the Hotel. Hanging this sign on the room door handle does not mean that hotel staff will not enter the guest’s room.
    Hotel staff have the right to enter the hotel room at any time, especially between 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, to check the safety of people and property or for technical reasons.

  10. HOTEL LIABILITY FOR ITEMS
    The Hotel’s liability for loss or damage of items brought by the guest into the building is governed by the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. The Hotel’s liability is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception. The Hotel has the right to refuse to accept money, securities, and valuable items, particularly valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they threaten safety or are too valuable compared to the size or standard of the hotel or occupy too much space.

  11. SHORTENING OF STAY
    In case of the guest shortening their stay at the hotel, the Hotel does not refund costs due to unilateral withdrawal from the contract.

§ 6. Regulations of zones and rooms

As a result of requirements regarding: safety, hygiene, risk elimination - the behavior of Guests in selected areas, zones, and rooms - sets the rules of order for these places.

§ 7. Left items

  1. Regarding items left in the hotel room after the Guest has left, the Hotel will act according to the Guest's will expressed in the Registration Card at the beginning of the stay, according to point 2.
  2. At the beginning of the stay, the Guest decides on the Hotel's procedure as follows:
    A. By personally entering their phone number and email address in the Registration Card, the Guest declares that their items left in the Hotel after the stay ends should be handled in accordance with the Act on Found Items (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 908, 2022, item 2375).
    B. By not personally entering their phone number and email address in the Registration Card, the Guest declares that their items left in the Hotel after the stay ends are abandoned with the intention to dispose of ownership - according to Art. 180 of the Civil Code.
  3. An item left in the room, to which the provisions on found items apply, may be sent by the Hotel to the address indicated by the Guest, at the Guest's expense.
  4. Regarding Guest items removed from the room under §2 point 6 of the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code Articles 835-845: deposit contract apply.

§ 8. Parking and vehicle standing

  1. The Hotel is not responsible for damage to the Guest's vehicle, other than damage caused by the Hotel's fault, parked in unguarded paid or free parking spaces on Hotel property (Art. 846 paragraph 4 of the Civil Code).
  2. The Hotel is not responsible for items left in the car or other vehicle parked on the hotel parking lot.
  3. The above does not apply to vehicles parked in parking spaces marked as "guarded parking spaces" located in front of the Hotel's main entrance.

§ 9. Other provisions

  1. On special event days at the Hotel and on the Hotel's premises - the Hotel reserves the right to limit the Guests' freedom of movement and use of the Hotel's offer - due to the safety of the Hotel Guests.
  2. The Hotel reserves the right to record the image of Guests during free additional services organized during the Guests' stay, such as dance evenings, bonfires, exercise classes, etc., and to temporarily publish them on the Hotel's social media.
  3. The Hotel does not provide currency exchange services. The Hotel may accept payment in foreign currency at the Reception's exchange rate.
  4. On the Hotel and Hotel-owned premises, the following apply:
    a) prohibition of solicitation, itinerant and occasional sales;
    b) gambling activities.
  5. A total ban on bringing animals into the building applies, except for companion dogs, upon showing a dog certificate in case of staff doubts.
  6. It is forbidden to bring into the Hotel: weapons, ammunition, flammable, pyrotechnic, explosive, lighting, and other dangerous materials.
