24-hour video surveillance covers all publicly accessible common interiors, rooms and spaces of the building, as well as the back areas and surroundings of the M Club Hotel building and the area belonging to Lubie Resort.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) - we inform that:

  1. The data controller of personal data from video monitoring is Anmar sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław - the hotel operator.
  2. The following data are processed:
    - image, individual features, as well as identifying features, e.g. vehicle registration numbers.
  3. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1) GDPR, i.e.: necessity for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party; safety of the person and property concerned or another natural person, here: staff and persons present in the building, legitimate interest = good name of the controller.
  4. Monitoring records may be stored no longer than the period necessary until the limitation period for claims of the controller and against the controller expires.
  5. The data subject:
    a) is entitled to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed, and if so, has the right to access them and request their deletion or restriction of processing;
    b) has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Warsaw 00-193, ul. Stawki 2.
