Our three air-conditioned conference rooms - multifunctional, located by Lake Lubie in the M Club Hotel - are at your disposal. We will gladly provide all information, send an offer, help with organization, and take care of the details. For 2026, we have prepared a special offer where the conference room can be rented for a whole day* for 10 zloty + 23% VAT. Details below.

Conditions for using promotional room rental prices at Hotel M Club in 2026:

The rental price depends on the number of other services ordered in the hotel for meeting participants:
a) for coffee service and meals options: when ordered for all group participants
b) for accommodation option: when ordered for at least 70 percent of group participants, no fewer than eight double rooms.
For room rentals on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and in July and August - prices are set individually by the hotel, depending on the date.
Room rental before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM? Conditions are set individually by the hotel.
The hotel may refuse to rent a room without giving a reason.
Meeting participants - persons staying in the hotel at the same time, following the same program, as a group with the same number in the hotel system.
