§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

    and is effective - in its current version after update - from March 1, 2026.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting to fill out a survey or answer several questions regarding the quality of services provided (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information in social networks (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of giving consent - it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the consent terms during the first visit to the Lubie Resort Hotel M Club website.
