We live in an increasingly codified world, with laws enforced more effectively by lawyers representing the parties involved. Therefore, on this page, we have compiled hotel regulations for you which - although you may not always be aware of them - apply to you both in your relations and during your stay at our hotel. Most of these are imposed by national or European legislation, and the house rules are hotel-specific, compliant with applicable regulations.

At Hotel M Club Lubie Resort, rest and well-being of our Guests are the most important to us. In the hotel, guests create a community that – although arriving individually – use our offer together. We equally respect all those we welcome in our hotel. Everyone's rights are important to us and we expect that the principle of mutual respect will be observed by our guests.

With regard to the interests and safety of Guests using Hotel M Club – we do not accept behaviors contrary to:

  • rules of social coexistence
  • culture of behavior
  • generally applicable legal regulations
  • hotel housekeeping regulations

and other regulations applicable in our hotel and on the Lubie Resort grounds.
